Once upon a time in a different world there was a girl named Grace, she loved to run in the forest and to play with the animals. Grace is a girl that lives in a village next to the forest and this is her story.

One day I heard a loud howl from the forest. I ran into the woods to see what was happening. I saw a wolf stuck in a bear trap. I said “Aw poor girl” and went to go help. The wolf snarled at me and I jumped back in fright. I tried to go closer but the wolf tried to get up and defend itself but all it did was get hurt even more. I went back home and got some beef from the fridge and brought it back to the wolf. I plopped it down on the ground and got up to look for a stick. When I found one I shrieked quietly so I didn’t scare the wolf. I went to push the beef closer to the wolf so she could eat it. As I moved closer I undid the bear trap and let her free, but she didn’t go. She instead bent down and made me get onto her and she ran so fast that I fell asleep. Next thing I know I wake up in a cave and say “WHERE AM I?!!” with shock in my face. Then I saw the same wolf that was in the bear trap. I see three pups sleeping. I went over to the cubs and  sat beside them. One puppy was white and had yellow eyes, the other puppy was brown and had green eyes and the last puppy was black and had blue eyes. I thought to myself “What strange eye combinations”  then the big wolf came over with some meat I gagged and said “I can’t eat raw food” the wolf wined and pushed it closer then I remembered that I can build a fire so I went outside the cave and got some wood and stones. I went back in and started to  stack the wood  but the big wolf came and pushed me away. I shoved her back and shouted “ WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!!”. The  wolf howled and walked to get something. She came back with a bucket and I said “Thank you. I am so sorry for shouting at you” . I said to myself  “I can’t just  keep calling her wolf, I need to name her.”  I started thinking of names for all of them then I came up with one for the big wolf  Luna, the little wolf with yellow eyes Queen,one with green eyes Blossom and the one with blue eyes Mystery. When I finished with the fire I got the bucket and put the raw meat inside. I loved living out in the forest. It was super fun. 

( 2 days later)

I wake up and get on Luna and get the pups ready. I go into the forest and get my bow and arrow ready to shoot the soldiers. I get ready to shoot but Luna gets startled and flips me over onto my back “OW!’ I say in shock I called out ‘LUNA,LUNA WHERE ARE YOU?”  I hopped onto Queen and we raced through trying to find Luna. We see another wolf getting taken into a cage then we see Luna hiding behind  a tree ready to pounce onto one of the soldiers that we had battled the other day. I saw the boss ordering troops to find all the wolves. Then out  of nowhere Luna pounced out on the boss and all the troops. Then the cubs went out and got the cage unlocked and led the wolf to me. I  saw the beauty in the wolf’s eye and I named her “Aurora”  . The wolf howled and we all ran back to the cave and had the best day of our lives knowing that there are more adventures to come all across the forest. The cave turned into our home and we rescued all sorts of different animals knowing that the hunters would look for them and skin them.
